The problem
After right total knee replacement, I needed physiotherapy to regain knee mobility, lower-limb strength, walking ability and functional movement.
Treatment at RelieveX
My rehabilitation included knee mobility exercises, quadriceps and hamstring strengthening, SLR, VMO exercises, heel sliding, calf stretching, ankle pumps, knee extension exercises, gait training, side walking, stair climbing, squatting and progressive balance/functional exercises.
The result
My rehabilitation progressed from basic knee exercises and gait training to functional activities including stair climbing, squatting and single-leg standing. The treatment record consistently documented good improvement.
